We were originally instructed by our client to undertake an acquisition survey of a four storey office building which included ground floor retail use.
Subsequently, we were instructed to prepare all drawings and tender documentation to undertake a full refurbishment of the office to create an open plan demises with new raised floors, suspended ceilings incorporating LED lighting and comfort cooling. The scheme also included the refurbishment of the common parts including full WC refurbishment, provision of showers and installation of new lifts.
In addition, we were asked to prepare terminal schedule of dilapidations on a number of the office suites and retail premises located at ground level.
