We were instructed towards the end of 2022 by the Trust to design an Ambulance Hub for a site in Ipswich. This Hub in Ipswich is the second Hub in the Trusts property portfolio and having been involved with their flagship building in Bury St Edmunds we were already up to speed with understanding their requirements. Our design process took over a year to complete following numerous consultations with the different teams that will be occupying Hub, including Operational, Make Ready and Fleet teams.
Our design was then tendered, and we were involved with all aspects of the tender process, advising the Trust on the build process, answering all build queries, monitoring the works and ensuring that the Hub met the Trust’s specific requirements.
The Ipswich Hub was completed in 2025 and is another stand out building within the Trust’s property portfolio.
