The range of services we provide includes:

Project management

We undertake full project management services from preparation of specification, contract administration, tendering process and all site supervision. We are also able to act as Principal Designer under CDM Regulations.

Acquisition surveys

We regularly undertake acquisition surveys of commercial properties for our investment clients, providing them with a detailed report in order that an informed decision can be made on the purchase.

Schedules of condition

We strongly recommend that a tenant undertake a Schedule of Condition, prior to entering into a lease, we are able to undertake and provide advice in this matter.

Architectural services

We provide a full range of architectural services from small scale alterations through to new build projects, including feasibility studies, planning drawings and applications, together with detailed drawings for tender and building control purposes.
