We were instructed to undertake an Acquisition survey on a multi let business park, consisting of nine individual buildings providing a combination of office accommodation, amenities and
retail, extending to almost 130,000sq ft.
We undertook a review of all the leases and our report not only included the internal and
external conditions of the properties but also provided commentary on the condition of the
unadopted roads within the park. This provided our client with a full understanding of the
condition of the properties and the assets they were purchasing.
