We received instructions to prepare a terminal Schedule of Dilapidations, when a long-standing tenant vacated the property and to negotiate with the tenant’s surveyor. Following the conclusion of the dilapidations negotiations we were subsequently instructed to undertake a full refurbishment of the property, including stripping back to the shell, re-designing the internal layout, specifying, tendering and project managing the works.
This resulted in a modern high specification which the client was then able to promptly re-let.
