We were instructed to undertake a ten year Planned Preventative Maintenance survey of a single storey teaching block and a four storey student accommodation block on a campus in Cambridge. This included detailed inspections of the internal and external fabric of the buildings, including a review of the mechanical and electrical installations and preparing a detailed costed report in an electronic format to suit the client’s needs.
